Tommy Rogers, lead singer of Between the Buried and Me, performing at The Electric Factory in Philadelphia, PA on 10/19/2013. I got bumped into by one of the security guys in the photo pit, and this was the result.

There is nothing worse for a photographer than to miss the photo op. You only have one chance to make everlasting photographs, and once the time comes and the shutter clicks, you can only pray that when you review your pictures (hopefully back at the computer and not chimping away) that you got it.
This blog is dedicated to all the shots that could have been great, but instead are soft, blown out, back focused, incomplete or otherwise unworthy of review. This is their home now.
And while it hurts to miss the chance to get that moment tack sharp, at least you got something.
